Imagine working for an established insurance intermediary based in Derby city centre where you will work in a vibrant, enthusiastic office contacting potential clients with a view to booking an appointment for a mortgage consultant to review their current mortgage.
You will be working towards realistic monthly targets with rewards for overachieving. Sales experience is not required but preferred and outstanding communication skills are a must. Influencing people with your great sales skills you will up sell or cross sell products.
In return you will be offered a £18,000 per annum salary with OTE of £30,000 in year 1 rising to OTE £35k+ in year 2 and £40k+ in year 3. Uncapped commission with ability to earn well over the OTE and an end of year bonus scheme with the potential to earn well over £7.5K on top of OTE. There’s early finishes for exceeding targets and opportunities to win extra holiday days and performance based incentives such as race days, experience days and all expenses paid holidays!
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm and Friday 11am-7pm. With working hours like this you get to have a lie in, time do shopping and banking!
On top of this you get 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and free on site car parking.
