You will be joining Colchester’s most innovative mortgage broker, who are offering an exciting package for their next energetic hire. You will be expected to manage your cases with extreme efficiency and at times juggle high volumes of mortgage applications through to completion. In return for smashing your targets you can, subject to criteria take unlimited paid holiday, enjoy a plush office environment and earn substantial OTE.
You will be used to working with video platforms like Teams/Zoom to conduct your appointments whilst still covering off all the legislative requirements.
This role will give back as much as you put in so being driven to succeed is essential however, you will be part of a team who are proud to be shortlisted for the coveted “Best Small Broker 2021” at the Mortgage Strategy Awards taking place later this year!
You will have achieved your CEMAP qualification and have at least 6 months’ experience of this type of role either within another brokerage or a high street lender. If this role sounds like it suits you, we will ask you to illustrate to us what you can bring to the table.
