Role : Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Colchester
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 inc OTE

Role Responsibilities
- Contacting new and existing leads and offering advice on new products, rates and transfers
- You’ll be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what’s available.
- Working in a customer’s best interests, it’s down to you to find the best mortgage based on their situation and finances and guide them through the whole process.
- You will be working from an office so the role is predominately telephone based although some visitors will come to the office to attend appointments
- Meeting sales targets is an important part of the role, so you will have to be motivated and enjoy working to targets
The successful person must have:
- Good communication and listening skills
- The ability to explain complex information clearly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest and trustworthy attitude
- Financial qualification such as Cemap or equivalent
- Be able to work towards targets
