Our client is a fast-growing and dynamic financial services firm based in Grantham that are currently recruiting a part-time Marketing Manager. (C21hrs. per week)
Up to now, they've had a lot of strong, group, marketing activity but have reached the stage where they need to really develop their brand in Grantham and who knows about them. This is a newly created Marketing role, a unique opportunity, and a real chance for someone to join put their own stamp on the marketing department.
This role is for someone who is keen to develop a role and is a genuine self-starter. Reporting into the company Director and Managing Director, they are looking for you to create strategies but also be comfortable with being hands-on. There is much to do, and raising the profile of this Financial Services business is at the heart of what you will be doing.
This business has the energy of a startup business and a having a hand on the social media activity is also part of this role; you will write the content strategy and be clear on how this fits with the wider business goals.
This would suit a Marketing professional, that despite being established and successful you will need to thrive in this kind of environment and be happy with senior level interest. If you have financial services experience this would be great but isn't a deal breaker - corporate comms is a winner.
