The Production team need someone to lead them to success. Driving the business forward by ensuring high standards of our products produced. With an interesting and diverse product range you will lead the shift to success and maintain high standards. You will ensure Health and Safety is high on the agenda and staff retention and training are seen as an important part of the role.
You will lead the Production team, Overlook the engineering team and Plan daily production and targets. Food production experience and proven leadership is essential to this role and you will be supported in every aspect of your role to help develop your team.
The role will involve working 4 on 4 off on a shift pattern that includes working both days and nights. Free parking is available on-site and the facility is going through many changes to modernise different areas.
