Line Leader – Flower Packing | Newstead Village, Annesley

Pay & Hours:

  • £12.21 per hour while training with a view to rise to £12.71

  • Overtime paid after 40 hours

  • Shifts up to 8 hours

  • Flexible shift patterns to meet seasonal demand

 

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Line Leader, you'll play a key role in overseeing a small team of packers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team morale. Your role will involve:

  • Leading and motivating a packing line

  • Ensuring flower products are packed to high standards

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Supporting new starters and ensuring productivity targets are met

  • Previous experience in a packing or production role

  • Leadership qualities – calm under pressure and team-focused

  • Reliable and flexible – ready to commit throughout the Christmas peak

  • Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
