We are looking for experienced line leaders to join a fantastic company on a permanent basis based in Bottesford.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 7.15am-4pm and 5.15am-2pm on Fridays.
Own transport is essential due to the location.
The duties of the role will involve:
- Managing and maximising the productivity of your team and equipment as well as tracking KPI's
- Motivating and developing the skill base of your team members
- Completed required documentation
- Responsible for metal detection and equipment safety checks
- You may be required to undertake additional duties as requested by management
Experience in a similar role and leading a team is essential as well as good IT skills. The successful candidate will be motivated, and have good attention to detail.
