We are looking for a Line leader to work in the manufacturing department and oversee the key aspects on assembly line production. Your main duties include supervising the work of the employees, help motivate and give them an incentive to work as part of a team and to meet targets, quality assurance, setting up the production line, and ensuring that the line meets productivity goals.
You would need your own transport as this role is based on the outskirts of Newark.
