We’re currently looking for a Line Controllers to join the Grantham team, where we have vacancies on both the day and night shifts. The day shift operates on a rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday shift pattern and the night shift operates a fixed eight hour shift pattern from 22:00-06:00 Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
As a Line Controller you’ll take responsibility for setting up and running machinery to ensure that products are produced safely and to agreed specifications.
To be successful in this role you’ll have an excellent eye for detail, good communication skills including good levels of literacy and numeracy and a pro-active approach to everything you do. Previous experience within the food industry is not essential, we’re interested in hearing about the transferable skills you have, particularly if you have previous experience of working with machinery or within a role with a technical bias.
