Want to work for an award winning business and learn from some of the best in the property industry? Working within modern offices our client is looking for a Lettings Consultant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in sales perhaps having worked in retail or another capacity as a Sales Executive/Consultant to pursue a sales career.
The role will not just be office based therfore applicants must have a full driving licence. You will identify applicants wants and needs and then match them to ssuitable properties, answer incoming calls as well as meet and greet visitors to the office.
You will also accompany viewings and get to see and visit properties that are on the market. You will identify other opportunities where you can cross sell the companies services.
Successful candidates will
- Have previous experience within a sales role (estate agency desirable)
- Be able to work towards sales targets
- Have a flexible approach to your working day as evenings and weekend work will be required.
- Tenacious and eager to learn and develop within a sales environment
- A Full UK driving licence holder
