We are currently recruiting for a permanent Lettings Administrator to work for one of the leading property specialists in the UK. The busy and successful Sales and Lettings branch in Grantham are need a dynamic and enthusiastic lettings Administrator to join their team.
This is an exciting Administration role, providing support for a busy Lettings office. You will be responsible for taking calls with regards to property queries and viewings, arranging viewings, arranging diaries and all associated administration including updating spreadsheets, reports and databases. You will also be responsible for attending property viewings where necessary.
- Previous Lettings experience preferred
- Possess excellent customer service skills
