- Maintain accurate records of support requests using ticketing systems such as Jira or Remedy.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to improve overall IT support processes.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide clear instructions for problem resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Office 365 etc) and desktop applications.
- Knowledge of computer networking principles is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
