Are you an experienced industrial recruiter who excels at delivery and relationship management?
We’re seeking a motivated Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage an established desk and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across the industrial sector.

The Role

You’ll focus on managing existing client relationships and delivering end-to-end recruitment across temporary and permanent industrial roles, ensuring consistent service and strong results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing industrial client accounts

• Source, screen, and place reliable industrial candidates

• Manage high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment

• Coordinate workforce requirements, compliance, and onboarding

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Achieve targets through effective delivery and desk management

About You

• Previous experience in industrial recruitment (360° or delivery-focused)

• Strong understanding of high-volume and labour hire recruitment

• Confident managing a temp workforce and daily client requirements

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented approach
