What You’ll Do:
In this 12-month maternity cover role, you will:
- Lead HR projects such as HRIS implementations, process improvements, policy updates, or training initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between HR, senior leaders, and business teams to deliver impactful results.
- Own project timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk management.
- Support change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
- Use HR data and reporting to track progress and demonstrate project outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, and policies.
- Experience managing projects with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Proficiency with HR software; employee relations experience is a plus.
