We are recruiting a HR Administrator to work for a large Distribution Centre, supporting on projects. You’ll be working cross functionally with Senior stakeholders and the wider HR teams.  This is a temporary role, with an immediate start and due to last approximately 3 months. Working 39 hours per week, you must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends, if required.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Providing administrative support to the project teams
  • Managing HR records, ensuring these are up to date and accurate
  • Completing all project activities in an effective and timely manger
  • Working alongside the wider HR team and the logistics team
  • Controlling all aspects of administration in relation to plans, projects and other related activities
  • Maintaining outlook inboxes
  • Arranging meetings
  • Producing action plans for projects
  • Feeding back to project teams with updates on the timelines of the project

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Relevant HR, recruitment or project management experience
  • Excellent Microsoft programmes skills including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Proven project administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Senior Leaders
  • Experience of HR in a logistics environment is desirable
  • High attention to detail
