We are recruiting a HR Administrator to work for a large Distribution Centre, supporting on projects. You’ll be working cross functionally with Senior stakeholders and the wider HR teams. This is a temporary role, with an immediate start and due to last approximately 3 months. Working 39 hours per week, you must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends, if required.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Providing administrative support to the project teams
- Managing HR records, ensuring these are up to date and accurate
- Completing all project activities in an effective and timely manger
- Working alongside the wider HR team and the logistics team
- Controlling all aspects of administration in relation to plans, projects and other related activities
- Maintaining outlook inboxes
- Arranging meetings
- Producing action plans for projects
- Feeding back to project teams with updates on the timelines of the project
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Relevant HR, recruitment or project management experience
- Excellent Microsoft programmes skills including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
- Proven project administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Senior Leaders
- Experience of HR in a logistics environment is desirable
- High attention to detail
