I’m sure you’re familiar with all these slogans but are you a food and beverage professional with events planning experience?

If you like a challenge and you enjoy having your fingers in many pies this could be the new job for you.

As the Hospitality Coordinator / events planner, you will join the admin team to provide overall support at your new companies Headquarters. 

Your new job will carry a lot of responsibility, this isn’t just a desk job, you won’t just be sat behind a desk doing admin and coordinating you will organise such things as the tours of UK Headquarters for your clients, you’ll get to meet with them face to face while showcasing your impressive company facilities.

You will liaise with local suppliers for all bookings for meetings and VIP visitors, you will be involved with the management of the catering and meeting room facilities, monthly budget allocations, weekly reports, attend weekly admin meetings and work with guest travel arrangements/bookings. You’ll have to enjoy working with numbers as well as you’ll manage the Inventory management of corporate materials and kitchen items.
