We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to support the SHEQ Lead in maintaining compliance and driving safety initiatives within our clients company.
The role will involve:
Planning and maintaining compliance activities and calendars.
Reviewing and creating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Supporting the continuous improvement of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications.
Developing tailored toolbox talks to meet business needs.
Generating weekly reports to track fleet vehicle compliance.
Preparing documentation for the Health, Safety, and Environment committee and assisting with workplace safety improvements.
Assisting in the development and management of safety systems as the company grows.
The role is full time and commuteable from Grantham, Newark and Nottingham
