We are seeking a reliable and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative/Gardener to maintain the outdoor spaces and general upkeep of private homes and commercial properties. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, and take pride in keeping gardens and properties looking their best, we want to hear from you!
The working hours for this role will be between 25-30 hours per week Monday to Friday. Access to own vehicle is essential due to travelling between sites/homes.
The successful candidate must also be happy working around animals.
Key Responsibilities:

Regular garden maintenance (mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, pruning, planting)

Seasonal clean-ups and landscaping improvements

General handyman tasks (fence repairs, gate adjustments, painting, minor property repairs)

Pressure washing driveways, patios, and paths

Clearing gutters and keeping outdoor areas safe and tidy

Providing courteous and professional service to homeowners and business clients
- Up-keeping/clearing horse stables.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or handyman work (minimum 1 year preferred)

Ability to work efficiently and to a high standard with minimal supervision

Friendly, respectful, and trustworthy – especially important when working at private residences

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
