Multilingual Administrator - French bias

Are you a natural at delivering excellent customer service, handling multiple enquiries at one time and genuinely caring about your customer relationships? 

Strong communication skills are key for this role, but you must be equally sound in your administration and data management abilities. This position will require a fluency in French and some German ability ideally, relating to answering email enquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the internal customer care team, providing information to customers via ecommerce systems, technical administration and data cleansing. Some consideration would be given to candidates who only have a fluency in French.
