Our agency is urgently recruiting Line Pickers/General Operatives to work for a well-established recycling company in Grantham.
This role offers Monday to Friday shifts, 16:00–00:00, paid at £12.21 per hour, with immediate starts and weekly pay.
As a Line Picker, you’ll play a key part in the recycling process by ensuring materials are sorted accurately and efficiently. You’ll be working on a fast-moving production line in an active, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting recyclable materials on the line
- Ensuring correct items are separated into the right categories
- Keeping your work area tidy and safe
- Following site health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Able to stand for long periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- No experience needed — full training provided
