Do you want to manage various tasks and duties? Do you have excellent attention to detail? Are you a good communicator? If so we have the perfect role for you as a general office administrator within a busy construction office, it will be a fast paced environment where you will be multitasking and prioritising your work load.
You will be reporting into Lorraine and it will be down to you to arrange all elements of administrative duties, filing purchasing orders and keeping all records up to date using Microsoft word and excel. You must have experience in construction and health and safety within the industry.
What else will you be doing?
- Collation of weekly job costings and reporting costs to Contracts Managers
- Invoice approval
- Booking of accommodation for site operatives
- Assisting in Health & Safety set up files, PPE requirements, Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Handover Documents.
- Fleet Management , Vehicle Maintenance and collation of FORS information
It is essential that you have your own transport due to the rural area.
In return you will be welcomed by a friendly team to work with on a daily basis, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
