We are looking for a full-time administrator to join our busy team.
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with additional hours twice a month on a Wednesday/Thursday.
Main duties include:
- Typing letters
- Raising Invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Answering Telephone
- Inputting cataloguing for sales
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience in audio transcription
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Secretarial experience
This is a vital role within the company and would require a conscientious, intelligent, reliable, smart individual with good overall computer knowledge. Experience within the secretarial field is preferred.
Salary: £10.42 per hour
