Working on the front desk, dealing with drivers daily, you will be booking in drivers, receiving and allocating keys, keeping transport logs up to date, organsing and scheduling vehicle checks and collecting Digi Tacho cards and time sheets.
You will serve as the primary point of contact within the Transport department, consolidating various information for the wider team. Obtaining proof of delivery reports, speaking with various external parties, and inputting data into the in-house system. This role will involve a real mixture of work in a busy office. Alongside this, you will perform general office administration duties.
The team is friendly within a busy and positive office environment.
The position will be working 4 on 4 off nights - 6pm - 6am. This is a temporary assignment that will start immediately.
