Our client has experienced a surge in demand for its products. As a result, they have asked us to support them by recruiting Forklift Drivers/ Machine Operators for their site in Bourne.
You will be part of a small team working for a recycling business, operating machinery and using a counterbalance to load, unload and shift products through different stages of the recycling process.
You don't need to be a time-served machinist to be successful in this role, but experience in this industry would be an advantage.
Our client is looking for candidates with an excellent work ethic, communication and attention to detail as they will offer the right person the opportunity to join their business permanently.
You'll be provided with full training, as well as all the PPE required for your own safety. The site works to strict Health & Safety measures so you can rest assured that your safety and welfare are paramount.
The site operates on a 4 on 4 off shifts pattern rotating bi-weekly from 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00.
To be considered for this role you will need an accredited in-date counterbalance licence, good communication skills and a good work history.
