Female Finance Administrator needed to work for a charity based In Worksop
Part-Time - 32 Hours per week
Temporary to permanent opportunity

Candidates must have a background in finance and have strong administration skills. You will be working in a very busy and demanding environment.
Your duties will include:
- Collating and processing timesheets, sickness and annual leave forms, travel expenses and more.
- Preparing contracts of employment.
- Preparing agendas for monthly management meetings and produce minutes
- Formulating budgets annually
- Providing monthly reports to management on financial performance against budgets
- Chasing payments that have been delayed
- General admin duties, answering phone calls and provide cover for absence and holidays
Experience required:
- In Financial and accounting procedures
- Knowledge of wage production
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent
- Excellent IT skills, word processing, database, and spreadsheet experience
- In preparing monthly management reports, including analysis
Candidates must have a full UK driving license and own transport.
