If so, we are recruiting for Factory Operatives to work for our client who manufacture chilled desserts and cakes in Newark!
As a Factory Operative you will be preparing and mixing ingredients to a high standard whilst ensuring the production lines are operating efficiently.
You will be working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6am- 5pm, or 6pm-6am or a twilight shift Monday to Friday from 5pm-12am.
You will be provided with full training so you don’t need any experience, all you need is to be reliable, hardworking and understand the English language.
Once you start you will be paid weekly, have access to free parking, access to the staff shop so you can get sweet treats and have the opportunity to go permanent with the client.
You will be paid £8.72 per hour up to 48 hours, and £10.90 overtime, after 12 weeks you will receive the following rates:
- Day shifts - £8.72 up to 48 hours overtime - £13.08
- Evening Shift - £9.10 up to 48 hours overtime - £13.65
- Night shifts - £10.12 up to 48 hours overtime - £15.18
