We are recruiting for Factory Hygiene Operatives to work for a food factory on the outskirts of Grantham. Free transport is available from various locations in Grantham.
As a Hygiene Operative, you will carry out scheduled and specialist cleaning across the site and production areas, including production equipment internally and externally. As part of this team you will play a critical role in keeping our client audit ready. You will be inspecting the products to guarantee first rate product quality, ensuring the products are packaged effectively to reach their customers in prime condition and to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices at all times to keep their people and products safe.
Previous Experience
You will have a keen eye for continuous improvement and will constantly strive to find areas of improvement to bring about positive change to the site and the team who operate within it.
You will have experience of working in a team, have excellent physical dexterity, the ability to follow standard work methods and a keen eye for detail.
