Our Client operates across the East Midlands. It’s an exciting time to join the business with continued growth across their sites. They now have an opportunity, based in their busy Newark office for a very experienced Receptionist to join their small and friendly team. This is a professional and corporate environment.

Role

  • Reception duties
  • Answering a busy switchboard telephone system
  • Meeting & greeting Clients
  • Administration tasks

The Person

The successful candidate will come from a Reception background

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent & confident telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proficient user of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work under pressure
  • Well presented
  • Friendly & polite manner
