Role
- Reception duties
- Answering a busy switchboard telephone system
- Meeting & greeting Clients
- Administration tasks
The Person
The successful candidate will come from a Reception background
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent & confident telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Proficient user of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Work under pressure
- Well presented
- Friendly & polite manner
