What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team.

Coordinating and supporting Board and Committee meetings – including agenda preparation, minute-taking, reporting, and action tracking.

Assisting with internal staff initiatives and events.

Overseeing general office administration and health & safety (excluding direct staff management).

Booking conferences, training, and staff development activities.
-
Handling incoming calls and managing diaries.

Providing general ad-hoc support across the business when needed.
What You’ll Bring:

A strong background in executive or personal assistant roles, ideally within a commercial or high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with outstanding attention to detail.

Confidence in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently.

A flexible, proactive mindset and a high standard of accuracy.

Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A professional and personable approach, capable of building strong working relationships at all levels.
