- Analyzing project building specifications, identifying interfaces with other trades, and assessing site parameters for comprehensive project evaluation.
- Crafting accurate lump sum prices or detailed bills of quantities based on tender drawings to ensure precision in project costing.
- Initiating purchase orders for subcontract tender design, as necessary, to facilitate seamless project execution.
