Engineering Supervisor – Food Manufacturing – Doncaster
£49,000–£51,000 (Depending on Experience)
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Supervisor to join a fast-paced food production site in Doncaster. If you’ve got a sharp eye for maintenance, know how to lead from the front, and enjoy the buzz of keeping a factory running like a well-oiled machine, this one’s for you.
The role at a glance:

Supporting the Engineering Manager to ensure machinery, equipment, and systems are running at peak performance.

Leading your team through preventative maintenance and repair work—without disrupting production.

Upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards like a boss.

Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting internal and external audits.

Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and technical decision-making.
What we’re after:

Strong background in engineering and team leadership within a manufacturing environment (bonus points if it's food-related).

Solid understanding of plant equipment and production machinery.
-
Experience using CMMS or similar systems (nice to have, not a dealbreaker).

Confident communicator with the ability to guide and mentor engineers on shift.

Someone cool under pressure, solutions-focused, and ready to step in when things go sideways.
