We are currently searching for experienced drivers mates for a well known manufacturing company in the Huntingdon area. As a drivers mate you will be assisting drivers with the delivery and collection of heavy goods from businesses and residential properties to designated areas. To apply for this role you will need to have previous experience as a drivers mate and be physically fit due to the nature of the work. Some warehousing duties may be required dependant on the needs of the business.
Duties
- Lifting and loading
- Handball
- Map reading and directions / Use of company mobile phone to call customers regarding deliveries
- Warehouse
Working hours will be early morning starts until finish and shifts will be available 7 days a week.
£9.56 per hour
