Office Administrator

Do you have good knowledge of Microsoft software – excel, word, outlook, M-Files?

Do you have experience of using Sage 200, if not be prepared to undertake internal training?

Do you have good customer/supplier relations skills?

Are you well organised leaving an auditable trail of work completed?

In your new role as a Design Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Purchasing all long lead materials & equipment, monitor all deliveries and ensuring the relevant people are informed when goods are due to be received

Maintaining the large stock inventory and monitor through booking out, allocation and stock control

Processing Gas Design requests with Design Company

Managing the Gas Design variation process throughout the approval/verification process

Meeting company KPI’s and report to Senior Management Team where necessary

Maintain auditable trails throughout the course of the role

Writing reports for senior management and deliver presentations

Ensuring good standard and quality of records, liaising with other departments where necessary

Assist with development of internal design administrative systems and implement

Record design office expenditure

Monitor and report on design progression/completion using internal systems

respond to design enquiries and complaints

To ensure that all Health & Safety and environmental legislation, are being adhered to and are aware of changes
