A business based in Grantham, need an extra pair of hands to help them process a backlog of orders. This is a temporary opportunity lasting around 12 weeks and we are looking for someone to start within the next 2 weeks.
Monday – Friday: 9am-5pm.
Working as part of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for inputting data, processing orders and supporting with incoming calls.
Working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader you will ensure that you support the team on a day-to-day basis and be proactive in your approach to the workload.
This role would suit an individual who has a good command of written English and able to proof read / input orders. IT literate with the ability to use MS Office and competent in use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You will have confidence in your own ability to manage a project or task with minimal support and supervision and be results driven and determined to see tasks through to completion.
