I have a fantastic job for an operative to join a small dairy in the heart of Nottinghamshire. This job is commutable from Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Bingham, Bottesford and neighbouring villages.
You will be working full time hours weekly 5 days out of 7 starting from 5.30am until 2.30pm finishing early on Saturdays and Sundays around 12.30pm-1pm so you can still enjoy your weekends.
You will be provided with full training and will learn all the jobs in the business. You will need to be able to carry out manual handling duties, like rotating cheese, emptying the curd from big containers, packing the cheese and daily hygiene duties.
To apply for this job you must have good communication skills, able to follow all safety and hygiene standards, able to handle heavy lifting duties and have your own transport to get there.
Dependant on your performance and attendance you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks completed, and if you love cheese you will have access to the staff shop with products at discounted prices plus the business is offering great rates of pay above NMW:
- Monday to Friday £8.31 per hour
- Weekends £13.85 per hour
