Do you have experience of major retailer systems and a passion for customer care? Perhaps you have worked within the food industry and now fancy a new string to your bow!
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the first point of contact for all things customer focussed, therefore it's important that you can resolve issues, provide solutions and above all grow existing relationships. There will be one direct report and you will be required to cover that individual during periods of absence therefore, team spirit is essential.
The role is predominately based in the office however, some customer visits may be required from time-to-time to bolster those working relationships you have started to build.
The minimum requirement for the role is demonstrable experience within an FMCG, retailer or manufacturing business where customer service management has been paramount to your function. You should have excellent communication skills and experience of managing others would be an advantage.
