Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the first point of contact for all things customer focussed, therefore it's important that you can resolve issues, provide solutions and above all grow existing relationships. There will one direct report and you will be required to cover that individual during periods of absence therefore, team spirit is essential.
The role is predominently based in the office however, some customer visits may be required from time-to-time to bolster those working relationships you have started to build.
