In your new position as Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for Check-in of vehicles, including reviewing customer and vehicle data for completeness.
As a customer service executive, you will be confirming the key customer contact and preferred communication method.
You will be ensuring that a visual inspection is performed and an automatic quick test to establish the status of the vehicle.
Monitoring the repair status and clarify additional repair services.
