Are you a natural at delivering excellent customer service, handling multiple enquiries at one time and genuinely caring about your customer relationships? This role is supporting the general public with enquires and will be based at Lincoln train station. Some of the role will be based out on the platforms, full training will be provided. Candidates will work between 25 - 37.5 hours per week on a rota throughout the working window of Monday - Sunday.
Strong communication skills are key for this role.
