Our well established client based near Grantham is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who prides themselves on their customer service and put their customers at the heart of all they do.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Answering Customer Support Emails from initial enquiries through to helping with product troubleshooting
- Providing excellent customer service via the telephone
- Creating and following up on quotations
- Staying up to date with their product offering and systems that they use
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills (via email and telephone and face to face if required)
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Previous administration/customer support experience
- The ability to work fast on computers
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team
- A positive can do attitude
- Working to deadlines
- Staying calm under pressure
- Be happy/able to work beyond normal working hours if required
- Must have an eye for detail, use their initiative and be accurate
