We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an ongoing contract in Worksop.
You will need to have a driving licence and your own transport due to the location of this role. Inbound call experience in a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential.
Working as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers in the contact centre, you will deliver fantastic service from their customers’ initial interaction and beyond. You will be at the heart of helping our clients’ customers when they contact you via email.
The ideal candidate will be confident using computer systems and be comfortable providing excellent customer service via email. You will have relevant experience in another customer-facing role and you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
This role is full time, working 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday (including working every other weekend).
