We are recruiting for customer service advisors on a 12 week contract, starting immediately on behalf of one of our Worksop clients.
You must be immediately available as the start date for this role is Monday 8th February, and you must be able to commit to the full 12 week contract. You will also have a driving licence and your own transport due to the location.
Working as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers in the contact centre, you will deliver fantastic service from their customers’ initial interaction and beyond. You will be at the heart of helping our clients’ customers when they contact you via phone.
The ideal candidate will be confident using computer systems and be comfortable providing excellent customer service via phone. You will have at least 6 months' relevant experience in a call centre environment and you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
This role is full time, working 8.15am until 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
£8.72 per hour.
