Customer Service Adviser

Are you looking for a new opportunity working with a well-known high street brand?

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an ongoing contract in Worksop.

   This is a temporary full-time position, working various 8-hour shifts ranging from 8 am-8pm

    supplied by a 2-week rota.

The pay is £9.50 per hour, 37 hours a week with the option of hybrid working after training.

You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll become an expert at handling telephone enquiries within a busy contact centre, making sure, through a ‘first time fix’ approach that all customers have their enquiries answered.

Taking huge pride in what you do you’ll provide exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email, social media, or our webchat service; and resolve problems and queries relating to orders in a timely and professional manner. A high level of attention to detail will be key as you’ll maintain an accurate internal database, logging all information correctly to ensure we remain GDPR compliant

What we need from a successful customer service advisor:

  • Experienced in customer service
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programmes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Verbal and written skills
  • Call centre experience is desired but not necessary
