Working in Oakham you will work as part of the small customer team as a Customer Service Advisor, working in a team of 2 you will be an integral part of the Administration and customer service process.
There are two parts to this job that you can get involved in, general administration, dealing with the queries inbox from customers and processing policies, completing amendments, DOB changes, addresses, cancellations, and processing quotes for new business.
As well as Customer Service, answering the phones, making outbound calls, picking up any queries.
- Competent use of Word, Excel & Outlook
- Computer literate
- Good telephone manner
- Patient & caring, especially in complaint handling
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Mathematically competent
- Able & confident deal with customers via telephone & email.
- Able to follow company procedures
