Are you an experienced customer service professional with knowledge of conservatories, windows and doors?
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Coordinator for one of our manufacturing clients in the Sutton in Ashfield area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, building customer relations and problem solving. You will be the first point of contact for the client's valued customers, managing your own client base in a set area and building valuable business relationships.
You will be a proactive, disciplined individual with a proven track record in customer service and an outstanding telephone manner. A willingness to learn about product ranges in detail is essential, as you will be expected to provide information on specific orders and products to the clients' valued customers. The successful candidate will be empathetic and calm, with the ability to work well under pressure and control a conversation effectively.
This role is a 9-12 month Maternity Leave contract, with the possibility of a permanent role with the company at the end of the contract. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 15:00 Friday.
