As a Customer account manager you will be the first point of contact for the company’s customers over the telephone – so it goes without saying that you will have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Do you also love a good admin duty such as order processing and inputting? Great because there will be plenty of this too. You will have an element of sales in this role so picking up the phone to new customers won’t be something that scares you.
You will need to have sound product knowledge of the Company’s comprehensive ranges and specifications to be able to advise customers accurately. But don’t panic, a full and detailed training programme will be provided when you start.
