- Proactively contact customers according to credit terms, in order to ensure prompt payment of outstanding balances.
- Work with internal teams to ensure resolution of disputes and customer payment.
- Ensuring prompt payment of outstanding balances.
- To engage with the customers directly by phone, e-mail or letter where necessary.
- To work with Billing and Account Management teams to resolve issued preventing payment and with the cash allocation team to ensure payments are accurately matched.
