Contracts Administrator

We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team on a temporary basis. You’ll be supporting across three different business units, working with a variety of contracts and documentation, so attention to detail is absolutely key.

This isn’t about underwriting contracts — it’s about making sure all the details are correct, filling in the blanks, and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant. You’ll work closely with the HR and onboarding teams, so strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing, checking, and updating contracts across multiple business units.

  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

  • Liaising with HR and onboarding teams to support new starters.

  • Working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

About you:

Previous admin experience in a detail-driven role.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks across different departments.
Confident communicator and team player.
