This role will require flexibility (The business is a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation).
In return you will receive full one to one training, be given regular reviews with your manager, gain transferrable skills from an experienced team and be engaged with an enjoyable working environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing excellent customer service, be able to deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries, have experience using data based systems, work as part of a team as well as using own initiative, be confident with the 24-hour clock and be able to prioritise workload.
This role will involve working morning, afternoon and night shifts inclusive of Bank Holidays.
